Suppressed Blunder

A Poem

Charming ring and rhythmic thunder

Ribbons wave of suppressed blunder

Faulty golden shimmer coiling fast

The iron rails of darkened past

To blindly believe in a salty win

Packing the iron horse of sin

Decades trace to a broken track

Forgiveness and hope shield your back

Furious rush relieved with a halt

Acceptable, for we all have fault

Hope shreds a hardened cast

Prayer signals to uncoil the mast

A midnight lens shattered by light

Forgiveness is hope, prayer is sight
